Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today! We’re excited to learn more about MyFITtool. Could you start by introducing the app and explaining what makes it unique in the world of fitness and health solutions?
MyFITool is the first AI-powered fitness and health application built on scientific principles, designed to provide fully individualized training programs with the goal of achieving long-term results and improving overall health. Unlike many generic programs that lack solid scientific and medical foundations, MyFITool combines artificial intelligence, scientific research, kinesiology principles, and health guidelines to ensure safe, sustainable, and effective progress.
The app uses an advanced algorithm that analyzes more than 20 variables to create an optimal training plan. It further adapts based on user feedback, which guarantees continuous progress while minimizing the risk of injuries and overtraining.
We noticed that many training approaches on the market focus only on short-term results rather than systematic methodology. MyFITool changes that. Our goal is not only to improve physical performance, but also to ensure long-term sustainability of results. In short, MyFITool provides users with the experience of having a top-level fitness coach, always available, adaptable, and driven by science.

Most fitness apps rely on generic plans. How does MyFITtool’s science-based and AI-driven approach solve this problem?
Unlike most fitness apps that rely on generic plans, MyFITool uses a science-based, AI-driven approach to create truly individualized programs. The app continuously adapts workouts based on user feedback, performance tests, and advanced AI data analysis. During each training cycle, the algorithm optimizes exercise selection and intensity, ensuring gradual and safe progression while preventing stagnation and reducing the risk of injury or overtraining. Additionally, diagnostic tests monitor overall health and potential risks, providing users with clear insights into their physical condition. This combination of AI, scientific principles, and continuous personalization ensures effective, safe, and sustainable results.

You’ve integrated over 20 training variables and more than 1,200 scientific studies. How do these insights translate into the user’s everyday training experience?
The development of our algorithm took over two years and was based on an extensive review of more than 1,200 scientific papers in kinesiology, sports, medicine, and biomedicine. From over 50,000 studies examined, we extracted the most relevant and accurate findings to integrate into the system, supported by thorough documentation and expert testing.
For the user, this scientific foundation translates into a highly personalized training experience. The app analyzes more than 20 variables such as fitness level, health status, training history, recovery patterns, volume load, work-to-rest ratio, intensity, etc., to generate an individualized training plan. It then continuously adapts based on user feedback, ensuring steady progress while minimizing the risk of injury or overtraining.
In short, the science works behind the scenes, enabling the user to benefit from a smart, safe, and fully customized training journey, as if guided by a professional coach at all times.

Your app focuses not just on performance, but also on injury prevention and long-term health. Why was it important for you to include this holistic perspective?
Our goal is to raise users’ awareness about the importance of physical activity and its impact on overall health. Beyond diagnostic tests that provide insights into their current health status, the app offers clear explanations of the results and highlights potential health concerns.
Users also have access to over 1,000 exercises, complete with detailed descriptions, demonstrations, and anatomical illustrations showing the muscles involved. This helps them understand how to perform exercises correctly and safely.
In addition, we provide guidance on nutrition, recovery, and sleep, debunk common fitness myths, and share evidence-based insights and scientific principles related to physical activity and health. By educating users, we emphasize the broader effects of training on overall wellbeing, not just external appearance.

How did your team come together, and what inspired you to create MyFITtool?
Our team came together through a shared passion for fitness, health, and technology. We were inspired to create MyFITool because we wanted to combine rigorous scientific principles with AI-driven personalization to help users achieve safe, sustainable, and long-term results, rather than relying on generic, one-size-fits-all programs.

What expertise or passion connects you as founders, and how does it influence the product’s development? 
As founders, we are connected by a deep understanding of human performance, health, and technology, as well as a passion for empowering people to take control of their wellbeing. This combination of expertise directly shapes MyFITool’s development and ensures that our algorithms are scientifically grounded, our programs are safe and effective, and the user experience is engaging and practical. It also drives our continuous innovation, from incorporating AI analysis to exploring features like nutrition guidance and movement tracking.

What were your initial expectations when joining the Danube Digital Accelerator? How did you first hear about the program, and what motivated you to apply?
We heard about the Danube Digital Accelerator through our network of startup programs. Our expectation was to gain access to expert guidance, industry connections, and strategic resources that could accelerate MyFITool’s growth. We were motivated to apply because we wanted to validate our business model, expand our network in the digital fitness space, and refine our product to ensure it delivers maximum value to users.

Looking further ahead, where do you see the app in 2–3 years, and what role do you want MyFITtool to play in shaping the future of digital fitness?
In 2–3 years, we envision MyFITool as a leading platform for personalized digital fitness, seamlessly integrating AI-driven movement analysis (nearing completion), nutrition guidance, and wearable data to deliver a truly holistic experience. Our goal is to empower users not only to enhance their physical performance but also to achieve long-term health and wellbeing. By setting a new standard for scientifically grounded, highly personalized fitness solutions, we aim to shape the future of digital fitness, creating a space where technology and science work together to provide safe, sustainable, and motivating experiences for users worldwide.
